1990年之后，隨著社會構成體系的變化，傳統的公共空間逐步瓦解，新的社會關懷意識還未建成，贖回文化也無從談起。一個人格健全的景觀設計師除了關心自己的作品漂亮與否之外，更加應該關心的是，這個作品能否為人們帶來安全感和歸屬感以及是否能夠培養(yǎng)集體人格和審美習慣。
